Confidence & Clarity Coaching

Our coaching experiences aren’t just about finishing chapters — they’re about transforming how you see yourself as a scholar. These sessions offer both structure and sisterhood helping you stay accountable and energized throughout your dissertation process. You’ll be part of a small, committed group of scholars who understand the highs and lows of the journey.

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 2-hour virtual one-on-one or group sessions focused on checking in, tackling challenges, and writing in real time.

  • Submit sections of your dissertation to receive thoughtful suggestions and live coaching.

  • Ask questions, get unstuck, and receive feedback during the session so that you leave feeling clear and confident about your next steps.

Goal Setting & Progress Tracking

Dissertation progress isn’t just about word count — it’s about staying connected to your why, building sustainable habits, and recognizing growth along the way. I help you create realistic, personalized goals that reflect both your academic and personal life.

Together, we’ll develop:

  • Set realistic monthly, weekly, and daily goals tailored to your lifestyle, schedule, and writing needs.

  • Stay motivated with tools that help you see your growth and celebrate what you’ve accomplished — big or small.

Welcome to your sister scholar squad - a monthly co-writing space created for women of color navigating the dissertation journey. In our community, you’ll find consistency, accountability, and sisterhood. Whether you’re stuck, starting, or showing up for yourself week after week, you belong here! Come set goals, share winds, and just write - together.

The community includes:

  • Join free monthly community gatherings designed to help you show up, settle in, and make progress — no pressure, just presence.

  • Get monthly strategies and prompts to support your writing flow and help you stay grounded in your purpose.

  • Write alongside a community of scholars who get it. Encouragement, consistency, and solidarity — all in one space.

Clarity is part of the process

This work can feel overwhelming — I’m here to make it easier. These frequently asked questions cover what to expect, how to get started, and what it’s like to work with me.

  • A typical semester runs about 14 weeks. A 3-month (12 week) commitment will provide coaching and support throughout a semester. You will be supported in setting and tracking your progress toward your Just Write Goals.

    • Individual coaching (1 hour; weekly)

    • Live Writing Sessions (Monthly)

    • Goal Setting

    • Progress Tracking

    • Inspiration, support, and lots of laughs!
